Matt Surface
My name is Matt Surface, and I have had aspirations of being a personal trainer and owning a studio since I was a kid. Along the way I have worked with countless clients ranging from 13 to 77 years old, professional athletes, handicapped people, and more. My mission with Real Training is to offer a luxury, private, but affordable place for people of all fitness levels to come and train. I decided to open up this space as a tribute to my late father who passed when I was just 25. We talked almost daily about what it would be like when I opened my gym, what it would look like, and how he could help. After his passing I realized, life is short. And I want to use what time I have left to keep as many people happy and healthy and thriving in their lives with their family and friends. I personally have competed in 8 different physique bodybuilding competitions across the country earning national level qualifications 4 of those times. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training. I have learned so much in over a decade of training, and I can’t wait to learn more and share it with you. So come down to Real Training for a free workout and see what really works.
